Last day of trading with BTA in Idogen

The rights issue in Idogen AB (“Idogen” or the “Company”) has today been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and paid subscribed shares (BTA) will be replaced by ordinary shares. The last day for trading with BTA is on April 6, 2020 and new shares will be transferred to the respective custodian account/VP account on April 14, 2020. After registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Idogen’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,385,157.31  and the number of shares is 91,216,533.

Idogen (Spotlight Stock Market: IDOGEN) develops tolerogenic cell therapies to prevent the patient’s immune system from attacking biological agents, transplanted organs or the body’s own cells or tissue.
